1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InfoProtect offerings, including services, information products, and goods, at infoprotect.best. By engaging with any offering, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services
InfoProtect provides instructional and advisory services on information protection basics. Scheduling details and scope are specified in the service agreement.
You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the planned date. Subject to availability, your appointment may be transferred without charge.
3. Information Products
Digital materials, such as guidebooks, video courses, and toolkits, are delivered via secure download or portal access. Access details are provided upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Shipping details and delivery estimates for tangible products are provided at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient once the package is dispatched.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for offerings are displayed at the time of order. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on infoprotect.best. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Services
You may cancel a booked session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time incur a fee equal to 50% of the session amount. If you wish to transfer the session, you may do so at no extra charge with at least 48 hours notice. Sessions that include custom preparation cannot be canceled once work has begun. In such cases, no refund will be issued due to the time and resources utilized.
7.2 Information Products
Digital items are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the content. To request a refund, contact our support team. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, a credit may be issued for future purchases on infoprotect.best.
7.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a send-back, contact us for instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or credit within 10 business days. For defective items, we will cover send-back shipping and offer a replacement or credit at your preference.
